Billing
Plans, trials, seats, invoices and what happens when you change plans.
Trials
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. If you don't continue, the workspace moves to the Free plan; your cards and contacts stay, and anything above the free limits pauses until you upgrade.
Seats
Team and Enterprise are billed per person who can sign in. Deactivated members don't count. Contacts, cards and devices are never billed as seats.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from Plan & billing. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and you can export your data at any time.
Invoices and payment
Card payments are processed by Square. Invoices are available in Plan & billing. If a payment fails, there's a grace period before paid features pause.
Metered allowances
Emails, SMS and AI credits are monthly allowances that reset on the 1st. Usage is shown in the workspace before you reach a limit.
