Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One card, NFC and QR sharing, contact exchange, up to 250 contacts and a booking page, with no time limit and no credit card. It shows a small “made with” link on your card.
How do trials work?
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial (Enterprise is arranged with our team). If you don't continue, your workspace moves to the Free plan — your cards and contacts stay, and features above the free limits pause.
What does “per seat” mean?
Team and Enterprise are priced per person who signs in to the workspace. Team starts at 3 seats and Enterprise at 50. Contacts, cards and devices aren't counted as seats.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, from Plan & billing at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. You can export your data whenever you like.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks. You'll see what's at the limit and the smallest plan that removes it. Metered items like emails and AI credits reset monthly.
What are AI credits?
Each AI request uses a few credits from your monthly allowance — for example a follow-up draft or a contact summary. Usage is shown by feature in settings, failed requests are refunded, and administrators can turn AI off entirely.
Are NFC cards included?
No. Plans set how many devices you can activate; the physical cards, stickers and badges are ordered separately. Any NFC tag you already own can also be programmed with your card's link.
How do you take payment?
Card payments are processed by Square. Prices are in US dollars and taxes may apply depending on where you are.
